Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the dispatch and delivery of physical products purchased from Rangreet (“Platform”), operated by Roughvesture Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By placing an order for a physical product on this Platform, you agree to this Policy.


1. APPLICABILITY

This Policy applies only to physical products such as printed books or other tangible materials.
Digital products, including PDFs, templates, and downloadable content, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping under this Policy.


2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship physical products across India to serviceable pin codes supported by our logistics partners.
International shipping, if enabled in the future, shall be governed by separate terms and applicable customs regulations.


3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

All physical products are shipped through third-party courier and logistics service providers.
The Company does not own or operate any delivery or transportation infrastructure.


4. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities:
Dispatch within 1–2 working days; Delivery within 3–5 working days

Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities:
Dispatch within 2–3 working days; Delivery within 5–7 working days

Remote Areas:
Dispatch within 3–5 working days; Delivery within 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or logistical constraints.


5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation and are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details including the courier name and tracking number shall be shared via email or SMS, where available.


7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the product is delivered to the address provided at the time of order.
Courier-provided proof of delivery shall be considered valid for dispute resolution and chargeback handling.


8. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, courier partner disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.


9. FAILED OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

In cases of failed delivery due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:

Re-delivery may be attempted

Any additional charges shall be borne by the customer

If the shipment is returned to origin, any eligible refund shall be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.


10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING ITEMS

Customers must report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

Clear images of the product and outer packaging

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
