Refund policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDFs, TEMPLATES, DOWNLOADS)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or a download is initiated.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Verified technical failure that prevents access to the purchased product
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or defective
The item received is materially different from its description
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful return verification.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING PAYMENTS
Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis as selected at the time of purchase.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by:
Accessing their account dashboard, or
Contacting customer support at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle
No refunds shall be issued for partially used subscription periods.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Users are encouraged to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
In the event of a dispute, transaction records, access logs, and delivery confirmations may be shared with payment partners or issuing banks for resolution purposes.
